Packaging
Each piece will be packaged up safely to protect your order.
Delivery Service Provider
We use tracked post from An Post (Ireland’s postal service) which are very reliable. Delivery may take 2-3 days, and may take longer during busy seasonal periods.
Please note we currently only ship nationwide within Ireland.
Gifts
Is your order intended as a gift? If you would like us to add a small message in your parcel for a present we can do that free of charge.

Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy
We operate a returns policy for unwanted and faulty goods. Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us first by e-mail – hello@asheandmill.com.
If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge.
Unwanted Goods
If for any reason you change your mind about a purchase and want to return it, you are entitled to do so and we will accept the item(s). Please note that return of unwanted goods postage is at the cost of the customer.
Please make sure that any returned product is safely wrapped and protected, in it's original packaging and in good condition for resale. Once we receive your return then we will issue your refund straight away. It may take a day or two for this transaction to be processed.
Changing or cancelling an order
If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched we will happily take payment of the extra items and send all items out together. contact us directly via email at hello@asheandmill.com If your order has already been dispatched we cannot add anymore items and you will be required to place an additional order.
Will any return costs be refunded?
If you return something because of an error on our part or because it’s damaged or defective, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us (either by a personalised pre-paid return label or by refunding your return postage costs [– up to 2nd class postage only]).
We’ll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to recharge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
When will I receive my refund?
We action all refunds [the same day we receive the goods back/within 3 days of receipt of the goods] and it can take up to [3] working days for the refund to show on you card.
